Housed on campus at 31 Tsienneto Road, the primary focus of The Academy Learning Community is for 2nd and 3rd year students to recover credits with the intention to return to the main campus once reaching junior status.
With permission, however, students may choose to remain at The A.L.C. and graduate with a Pinkerton Academy Alternative Diploma. Credits are recovered through self-paced courses using the Edgenuity platform. Students attend for an assigned 3 hour session and are required to do 15 hours of work and/or volunteering, or taking classes in another setting outside of the classroom.
