Welcome to The Nestling Company, a whimsical children's toy and handwork shop nestled inside a historic schoolhouse in Candia, New Hampshire!
Founded in 2019, The Nestling Company is a small, family-owned business rooted in the belief that childhood should be filled with wonder, imagination, creativity, and meaningful play.
After beginning our journey in Maine, we've found a new home in southern New Hampshire, where we're delighted to welcome families into our little corner of the world. Our carefully curated collection features beautiful, heirloom-quality wooden toys, open-ended playthings, natural art and craft supplies, children's books, Waldorf-inspired treasures, and thoughtfully made gifts. You'll discover beloved brands such as Ostheimer, Grimm's, Grapat, and many more, alongside our own handmade creations. We especially love encouraging children and adults alike to rediscover the joy of making things by hand. From wool felt and roving to doll-making supplies, natural fibers, and traditional handcrafts, our shop is filled with materials to inspire creativity across generations. Whether you're searching for a special birthday gift, gathering supplies for your next family project, or simply looking for a little inspiration, we hope you'll find something wonderful here. We believe the best childhood memories are often made through simple things: stories shared, treasures gathered, hands busy creating, and imaginations free to wander. Come visit us in our historic Candia schoolhouse. We'd love to meet you! The Nestling Company...Wonder Begins in the Nest.
